Our short stay in Malmo was over this morning and we caught the train back to Copenhagen. A blue sky day with great visibility 😊
Matt and I went straight to our Cooking school where we learnt how to make 4 different Danish pastries. An absolutely fantastic class with a passionate French chef who was incredibly knowledgeable, fun and so was the class. The 4 hours flew by and before we knew it we were pulling out of the oven magnificent pastries that we had made. The crunch of fresh pastry, the beautiful flavours plus knowing you have made yourself ❤️❤️❤️
We proudly walked to meet Bronte at the gorgeous apartment with our boxes of treats 😊
A blue sky breezy day drew us outside to wander to the Round Tower, the Rosenborg castle, back to the colourful Nyhavn district and then walked to the Little Mermaid statue and back via the Kastellet fortress from the 1700's which is housed in the middle of an incredible star shaped moat structure which has been turned into walking and running tracks.
Back to our apartment and Bronte whipped up a delicious Scandi inspired dinner.
