Beautiful flat ride along the river
Campground allowing me to check in and set up at lunchtime
Cycle touring around the gorgeous town with a relaxed vibe (highly recommend Regensburg)
1.5hr swim in the Danube - cool and refreshing
Fellow camper Julie suggesting we cycle into town for a gelati and watch the sunset on the bridge (my phone was charging reception so no photos of the beautiful sunset 😳)
We were just saying last night what big days you’d been having. A shorter ride and more touristing sounds like a nice change. Shame about the sunset pics. Sounds lovely.
ReplyDeleteThe campgrounds are spaced poorly and towns in general. They really should space their towns a nice 60km space apart as that suits cyclists 🤣.
